This is the ex aurora GT40 kit. The front tire trunk dont open cuz i couldnt get the hinges to work. By far my crummiest build in a long time but still a great final edition to my shelby blue crew... The valve covers are cobra ones from a mustang, the wheel knock offs are from the amt 289 cobra, and the decals are from the amt 2005 ford gt.

Nice collection of Fords. Looks like you're having a lot of fun there. Interesting to see the last version of the Ford GT with an early iteration of the GT40.

no i wish though. lol. take a good look cobra man these are the last shelbies in blue i will probably build. unless ford and model companies make more. i would like to find a 1/25 shelby cobra daytona.Nice. if you get cut do you bleed Ford blue ? : )

they dont look as similar as i though they would. the mk2 looks more like the new one.Nice collection of Fords. Looks like you're having a lot of fun there. Interesting to see the last version of the Ford GT with an early iteration of the GT40.

There are a couple of Daytonas but they are not cheap.

yeah i did a quick search after i said that 200 dollars no way man i guess my blue and white hotwheel one will hafta do.There are a couple of Daytonas but they are not cheap.

You did a great job on that old Aroura kit. They are not the easiest kits to build.

tell me about it. i really wish i coulda had the front hinge up but it fought me so we had a compromise called superglueYou did a great job on that old Aroura kit. They are not the easiest kits to build.
