NASCAR Senoir Series. Older race car, updated truck & trailer. Good looking rig, JT!

Great rig, JT!
I take this as an inspiration for mine - I have this on my to-do list for about 10 years now:
will take Italeri's Ford Aeromax and their race-car-trailer, though
(from the amt traile only the decals will be used)

I want to do one with the Aeromax too, but it will be White. Hopefully that is!
Alan Kulwicki's Championship rig.
The reason the AMT Race trailer is not very accurate is that it Never was a Race hauler.
That is their Allied Van Lines Trailmobile van with the Bill Elliot decals and some interior parts added.
Notice 2 doors on Each side instead of a single on the right side in most.
They also offered it as the Kraco Cart/Indy car hauler.
Most of the Semi trailers for the teams by then were 45 footers, while the AMT Moving van is only a 40 footer.
The insert only has room on the car deck for One car, when teams carried 2 up there.
I have one of those Coors/Elliot trailers and only plan to use the decals on a scratch-built one
The 1/32 scale Monogram Transporters are more accurate
I have the K-Mart Andretti Indy set and both Texaco Havoline Davey Allison & Hot Wheels Kyle Petty nascar sets.
The Davey Allison set has a Lounge in the front of the trailer, while the Andretti set has a mini-machine shop with tools
like a Drill press, etc

Oh, yeah...You're right about all those....I acually have the John Force 1/32 scale model and I used to have the Texaco model, but I gave it away to Toys For Tots....I also have the AMT Kraco trailer and the Kodak trailer, and another Bill Elliot trailer....One day I'll build one of those, but I don't really like them....But they look good on some of the older rigs, so there's potential....
But thanks for the information on them...I hadn't even researched any of it....I just knew I had to do something else...
