Can 2 part urethane clear be used over Model Master enamels? This is the first time I've used enamels and I really don't want to screw it up.

To answer it, yes as 2 part Clears can go over any thing!

I use a urethane over everthing ( it's the rattle cans from UPOL )
Haven't had a problem yet and I've used it on about 10 bodies I have painted in waiting
