The "Check Engine" light only adds to its value , as that shows that tis engine is doing something . I threw my hat in the ring @ $15, 001.64

Might be worth buying just for the body if its rust-free. Then sell the durango stuff, and buy a charger rolling chassis.

For the record, the last real wood Chevy wagons were the '49s. The '51 is wood-grained steel, although very nice-looking when it's in good condition.

If I had the money, a way to get that thing home and some place to do a restoration on it, I'd seriously consider grabbing that. I'm so fed up with my newer cars, that I'm seriously thinking going all old-school with a Jeep for the winter.

There's a guy a few miles from me who has a '69 Mustang body on a late '70's F-250 frame. I get the burning desire to kill him every time I drive by. But at least the Charger looks halfway decent compared to that Mustang.

As a Charger is a unibody-constructed vehicle, that would be a real magic trick
