No real big updates today, I did get the pieces painted for crossover on the rear of the frame on both the bed and the main pick up frame, also a photo etch stereo and scale cds for the center console.

Any updates? ;)

I wish, this thing has been on hold, my work has me working 7 days a week straight thru to early december. I am close thou I have been working on the knock off, they will actually work on the front end so I can take off the front wheel and show more detail. then more body work, hinge the hood, and custom graphics, all most there.

I was going thru an estate sale and came across a container of old bits of pottery. An Idea came to mind, build a diorama and use the broken pieces for the diorama so that is what ill do...

Working on the wire wheels and creating working knockoffs. Only doing the front wheels so far unless I can figure out a way to embed the bolt without ruining the rear end since i already glued it to the frame.

Yes they are made up of several bits, 2 mm bolt and nut, and i didnt want the nut to show so i put it in a piece of plastic rod and sanded it round by chucking it in my lathe and sanding till the nut almost soon, then glued a watch part gear over that then added a gamer bits piece on top of that. Once painted it will show a lot better thou.
