I'd check the IPMS registry online and then hit your local hobby shop about clubs. I know that the MAGS guys put on a show in Gainesville and the IPMS clubs in Jacksonville put on one in February. That's all I know of in north Florida.

Pensacola IPMS chapter puts on a show each year. Check the IPMS website for dates and times.
