I saw a commercial on TV for a 1/8th scale McLaren MP4-23 Grand Prix race car model. What you do is sign up for 12 monthly stages of the model. For $99.95 + $19.95s&h...ha ha...a month...you get 1 stage, their wording, with instructions to complete part of the car. It looks like a pretty cool looking model, but $1438.80 for a kit will definately prevent me from participating. At least check it out through the link below.

I didn't go through the whole site, but there looks like there are other models on there too.

The photos look good, but almost $1500 seems a little steep.

A little over a year ago there was a magazine (in the U.K. I think) that did the same thing with the James Bond Aston Martin. I never have seen one completed, in fact it might yet be ongoing. Just too rich for us po-foke. :D

And not nearly as detailed as your Pocher kits either!

saw this last year in Japan, three kit was a Zero fighter. I'm pretty sur it was cheaper and you could get the parts packs at a book store. The built up kit was increadable.
