I saw somewhere on this site that someone mentioned where hood latches could be bought. I need them for my Pete 281 butterfly hood. now I can't find that thread. Anyone have an idea where it was or what aftermarket company makes them? Thanks for any help.

Plaskit makes some nice ones. You may also want to check out the Sourkrauts. He may have some in stock.

thanks hooknladderno1. I did find a site called silverstatespecialities@hotmail.com that had some resin hood latches buit they no longer sell online. I'll check out the 2 you listed.

G,day , dont know if these are to modern for the needle nose pete or not but they are a rubber type of product .

I can't figure out what that is scummy. I got some hood latches from AITM that are the correct ones. Thanks anyway

G,day , when you click on the photo of the latches they blow up to see them more clearly . They are the type used on mack trucks here in oz .
