Hello, I am looking for a set or copy of the instructions for an AMT International Transtar CO-4070A Thanks for any info or help you can provide.

Thank you very much! It does look like a great kit. I would love to build it however seeing them go regularly for over $100 on ebay & I am no longer getting any overtime at work I think I am going to have to regrettably part with it. All that was missing was the instructions & I am going to include rubber tires with it so hopefully it will go well.

Hey Joe dose it have the air ride suspension in the rear or spring?

Here is the picture of the rear from the instruction sheet. Does this answer your question? I believe it is air ride.

Doug, the the 4070A with the round lights does have air ride but the Eagle II with the square lights has a walking beam rear suspension.

Is there any way to tell the early kits with both suspensionsfrom the slightly later ones?

I have all 3 issues of the transtar 11. The first one had the flip top box with pics on the bottom of the box, that one has the air ride. The lift off type box that AMT usually uses has the hendrickson as does the last reissue.
