Those are really nice. Not sure I could tackle one of those babys.

They are a handful. Some of the bigger kits (the Rolls Royces, for example) have almost 3,000 parts.

I have enough trouble with a kit that has 130 parts. I would be a year easy trying to build a 3,000 parts kit. Better make that 2 years. : )

I'm only gonna use the bumper because I like my gmc grill better. Down the road I want a billet grill and I'm gonna cut one up to put in the open spots were the tow hooks were.

I bought the grill though because I might shave the emblem, we'll see.

I went to hobby lobby today and was looking through the kits and saw the USA-1 monster truck in the collectors tin lunch box. It didnt have a price but I was figuring it would probaly be $30-$40 so with my 40% off coupon i could get for around $20. I went to the front and asked how much it was since it didnt have a price on it. The manager came up and looked through the price book and said its $13.99 so with my 40% coupon I got it for $8.98 after taxes. I thought I would share this to see if any other hobby lobbys were selling these for $13.99 or if they just told me the wrong price

Ended up ordering the more expensive driveshafts for my scaler anyway, the steel rear output yoke might not last this weekend. It's so far gone that if it was on my real Cherokee, I probably wouldn't have made it too far the next time I drove it!

I picked up a couple of cans of Tamiya spray paint, and then I needed to get something from a office supply store, well the one I went to is right next to a Michaels, so I went into Michaels and picked up a Revell Ferrari California open top, it was on clearance for $11.99

I don't think that $13.99 is the right price and you got a real good bargin.
