I know, I keep drooling over it, it'd be great to slam one of these beauties in scale. Oh yes.

I wonder what the story is behind that Baja/off-road version!

well, first of all it's a 1958 ford
it ran in the 1980 mexicali 250 race

But the idea can be adapted to the 57, it's still an exciting idea for a build.

I'm looking at the white/gray one and I can see the two-toning plan....what a pain to mask!

Still looks good. I might actually use that color scheme for my car.

First up my all time favorite 57 Ford. I'll buy the kit just to do this one!

How about an AWB? Yea, I know it's a 56.

This is a '59, but one of mine will end up in a state similar to this one... minus the lame-o Small Block Chevy.

My first car was a 57 Town Victoria 4dr in factory black enamel that was saved from a wrecking yard. It had a big 6 in it that went from Az to Idaho and back with a rod knock.
The rod knock ended one morning when the rod exited the block right behind the drivers motor mount, I pulled over and turned off the motor so I could find out what I saw bouncing down the road behind me.
A 312 replaced the dead 6. :)/>
