I had info on the best rod size used for roll bars/cages but can't find it,so,can someone help with this.....thanks

In the real world, you'll find a lot of roll cages and bars are made of 2" (2 inch) tubing. If you're working in 1/25 scale, divide 2" by 25 and you get .080". So use .080" round styrene rod. It's a common size in Evergreen and Plastruct.
