Hi all,
I managed to find this a few years ago in a charity shop, it used to be a remote control but all the electrics had been removed, anyway, it's been sat in my loft for some time and I thought I'd give it a fresh look...
This is how it used to look, it's not painted, it's just shiny black plastic...

Complete strip down...
Primed and a couple of coats of silver...
The headlights where two holes with bumps in the middle, I left the bump silver and filled the space with Micro Kristal Klear ( http://www.scalemode...scale-mskk.html )
I stripped the rear bumper...

I then painted in some lights and used the Micro Kristal Klear for the lens...

Wow... that looks cool...I like the transformation...Even with the toy like fifth wheel, it looks good...If you put a trailer on it, nobody will know....Very nice..

I haven't seen too many scale T2000's. Except for the De'Elegant kit and some 1:32 toys. So this is a good save, nice job!

It did come with a trailer, I'm going to have a go at turning it in to a flat-bed trailer, so I can then try and make some cargo for it...

Thank you Dave, may I ask which bit please...

Hi all,
I've just finished the trailer...
To start with...

Stripped down...

I used two pieces of thin Balsa for the new bed...

Taped up so I could paint the edges, the head-board is also made from Balsa wood...
