Beautiful car, Cruz. Congratulations on the cover car!! I have always loved the Mustangs of this year. As a matter of fact, this and the 70 Boss 429 were my first loves as a young kid. Classic body style.
BTW- This is the Revellogram Special Edition kit? How did it go together? I'm still waiting to build my 2.
Later-

Thanks Kevin, the engine is one of the biggest reasons I decided to put this one together. It's really cool looking when completed!!

Thanks guys! The interior is rather simple, didn't do much there. For spark plug boots, I like to use hypodermic needles. (23gauge)

Stunning work as always from your bench. Nice paint job on it, and that engine looks excellent. What did you use for weathering? I'm using The Detailer, but it is bit too shiny in some point.... Otherwise it's fantastic stuff. Your Mustang looks excellent, can't say anything negative about it.

Thanks guys. I like using Citadel paints for the washes on the engine and other parts, I also use a product called Rub and Buff, it's a silver pastelike product that highlights the high spots on the chassis and various parts of the engine. I also use pastels for the chassis to recreate a little bit of dirt and give the car sort of a slightly used look.

You don't just need your work on a magazine cover. You need your own magazine.

Oooooooh WOW ! I haven't seen the magazine but that definetly deserves the cover ! Absolutely stunning !
I have that kit and agree with you that the engine is really pretty when it's finished ( I stole it for my Ranchero build ) .

Awesome work Cruz. Flawless paint and just the right amount of weathering under the hood and on the chassis. Fantastic job!
