Here's my Cadillac.  This was done box-stock.  I had originally planned on doing some things to it, but it went together so easily and I thought it looked good as is, so I ended up not doing anything extra to it.  Paint is Krylon Short cuts Hot Pink.

Hard to believe this kit is old now. I remember the buzz it created when it came out about how crisp and detailed it was and you did a great job with it. I remember people at the time saying there's really not much extra to add.

Is all the chrome trim Bare Metal Foil?

Larry, it is all BMF.  I used the regular chrome sheet.  If I were to do it again, I'd do the ultra bright chrome so it would match the kit chrome a little more.

that's cool, Derick - I hope she has fun with it.  My wife builds models too (as do most of my kids).  It's a nice hobby to do together
