Our meeting was held at Slot & Wings Hobbies in Champaign this time.This will most likely be one of our new meeting sites,Randy the owner,has given us his support and we in return have spent a lot of money there.I think that's a fair trade.As for the meeting itself there was some cool projects and sweet finished ones as well on the racetrack,some good conversation mostly about 12/21/2012 and what are our plans for that day are.I would like to thank the members who came and the guests that came also,thank you to all.Anyone in the Central Illinois area who would like to join us and possibly become a member,feel free to do so.We want to make this club become larger and we need more members,so come on,get off your butts and sit in on one you'll be glad you did.Here are some of what was brought to the meeting.

Guys, I was out of town all weekend for kids' bowling events. Sorry I didn't let you know I wouldn't be there. Hopefully the next one works out in the schedule. What did you think of the new store?

Maybe in the near future when you are in Champaign again I can make it down there.

Got a better mileage car now so it may be the boss lady will let me drive down one day!

This new place is a lot bigger in my opinion and it looks like we may be coming here quite often in the future.There is a room with folding tables and chairs that Randy said we could use anytime.I also stil have the club logo decal that he said we could put in the window at the door.Arnold sorry you were'nt there,I hope you can make the next one though,I'll let everyone know when that will be.

I don't know of any down there but there was a member here that was getting a club together in the Bellville area.I have'nt seen him post in a long while,hopefully one of our club members will see this post and help with the name.Minnesota's kind of far to go to a meeting in Du Quoin is'nt it...lol I will be down there on June 28-30 for the Street Machine Nationals at the fairgrounds
