NOW THAT I FINALLY FINISHED MY LAST WIP ITS TIME TO START A NEW ONE. AUDI R8, IM THINKING BLUE EXTERIOR WITH A RED AND BLACK INTERIOR.

I thought it was abbreviated for "rate" WIP.

Well, I figured what blue paint i'll be using.

also put together most of the engine blavk and sprayed some aluminum color on it.

and also started on the chassis.

I was thinking red and black for the interior , but while searching online for some reference pics I found this picture of a China edition interior picture which I think is what im going to try to duplicate. minus the Carbon fiber.

Small update. Did some more on the chassis and started spraying the blue in the interior.

Small update, got the body primered and painted. Hopefully I'll clear coat tonight.

Well did a little more on this one. All the chassis and suspension parts are painted just waiting for most of them to dry. here is the engine without the intake being that it needs some little details to finish it up. (sorry for the blurry pic)

Also polished the body. Next to tackle the interior.

Another small update. got all the window trim mask and painted and also started on the interior.

Did a little more on this one this weekend. first clean up some of the flash on the parts.

next to test fit before painting.

also did some work on the wheels. decided to paint the centers charcoal.

Thanks! Is not a bad kit there is some fitment issues here and there and the suspension is a bit on the 4x4 side but I've enjoyed this kit so far.

Little bit more done on this one.

Finished the front grill.

The chassis is almost done .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also did some work on the interior, just need a few more detailsto finish it.

And finished painting the wheels.
