I cobbled together  various charts I have found spread about the web

I made corrections, added a few things.and created a clean 1 page landscape printout 

So it's here to share and pass around freely.(v 1.0)

 *note- my logo is just for identification( I put a lot of time into  the chart), not meant as an ad.

(I currently can not take any custom orders.. thanks)

 

please feel free to make any suggestions, corrections, additions.

I have it in illustrator so any changes add-on's would be simple to incorporate into v 2.0.

just post them here.
