Frist off, I'm not good at spelling so please please over look that part about me if you would please. Now getting to the point, how or what would the process be to going about making a custom 3D mural photo for on a project? Thanks in advance for any help.

Meral.. I think that is how it is spelled.

If he means Painting, as in the Side of a Van, then Yes MURAL is the spelling

Since the funsters have stopped. If you want to use a 3 d image as a mural  You will need a good photoeditor like PS.CS5 or CS6  which can generate 3 d images  to make the image, What are you looking to do with mural ?

Check in CS5 or CS6 Big guy Its called "repousee" you can convert 2d into 3 d....I have done a few text/ shape projects,Perfect for the OPs project
