I'm NOT trying to start any funny business here...  believe me I'm not.  But today is January 6th...  No December issue has arrived in my mail yet.

Unfortunately this is not a good thing especially after all the work to get it into places like Borders (chain book stores) as I doubt they would be too happy with magazines coming in with "stale" dates. One clerk might put it on the shelf and the one coming behind him sees a December date in January and yanks right back off the shelf thinking it has expired!? Fortunately I have a subscription so I just have to sweat it out waiting for it to arrive in the mail and hope I don't have to phone Denver Bell like I did twice last year.

Didn't get mine and the LHS doesn't have it in yet,better call the golden bell place.Do I just tell them I have subscribed and that I haven't recived my issue yet?

Is that because you're the editor and the copy you got was the final galley for proofing? 

 

Or are you talking about receiving a subscription issue through normal channels?  In which case, apparently yours was the only one shipped.  Wonder what's up with that?  Did the Wisconsin mafia hi-jack the Golden Bell distribution truck on its way to the post office?

No Dec. issue here yet ether, I have goldenbell press on speed dial but its starting to get Old, so if it comes it comes, wont be the first time I didn't get what I paid for in this hobby.

I called golden press on friday and they verified that they were running late getting the december issue out due to short staff for the holidays but told me that should have it in a week and a half so Im looking around next week should be out to the masses then. I knew something was up cause when a new issue comes out i usually get it within a week of my buds at our local model club getting there sub, so thats why i called gp! It will be here before you know it......

Every issue i find in my LHS is the one with the dragster on the cover. Haven't seen that cover yet.
