Yeah, and the 2014 cars got here about six months before 2013, too.

It did....Feb '13 issue of SA w/ the blue '66 Mustang on the cover...I got it in the mail several days before the Dec issue of MCM which came Jan 8th.

I picked up my copy from the LHS yesterday & have to say GREAT ISSUE! Worth the wait. Jairus had an excellent article "Street rods The easy way" Kudos ! Looking forward to the next issue.

I got SA and FSM at Barnes and Noble this weekend; didn't go to the LHS for MCM yet. I'm almost embarassed by the quality of SA, but at least it's reliable- I know it will be there on time, unlike MCM. My wife said I should get a subscription (or two or...) but whether to subscribe to a lesser quality or less reliable is a dilemma. Then again, I still like the thrill of the hunt. I wonder how Kalmbach can produce a magazines like FSM and SA that cover two very similar subjects yet have such different editorial quality.

Ahhhh I'm used to it now. Doesn't look good to be this late,or late at all for Gregg though. One thing I gotta admit to is they're NOT commin all torn up an raggley anymore. THAT'S a REAL plus!

Yeah George, I'm kind of used to it too, and you're right about it not showing up all torn up. When it does eventually show up, it is usually in excellent condition (fortunately). I still prefer the subscription though... it DOES eventually show up in my mail box and most of the times it is a surprise when it arrives. I look forward to it.
