Maybe Modelhaus parts for the '38 conversion:

Along with this:

Or an AMT dirt track kit for the roof conversion?

I bought an R&R 38 Chevy 4 door sedan a few years back with intentions of converting it into a 2 door. It's still in my someday pile.

How difficult would it be to convert the 4 door to a 2 door? How would you go about doing this?

I would just rescribe the door panels on the body and interior.

Wouldn't there be some B-post mods? Moveing it farther back for a 2 dr. would be one.

Yep! I dug it out to have a look-see, and I think it will be so easy I started cutting. The "B" post must be relocated back a bit, and the "C" post must be removed (the 4 doors are a 6 window car) Rescribe the doors and move the front door handles back while removing the rear ones.....
Now, the interior. This is not R&R's best effort, and scratch building a better tub in the two door style looks to be the best idea.
Star Models has pictures of this kit under resin / R&R .

Craig - Changing the RR resin from a 4 door to a 2 door sounds relatively easy. I have never done this before. Any further tips or pointers? Thanks
