I would mount the tires on a drill or dremel. Use a low speed and apply the stripe to the tire that way. Its a more consistent line than trying to do it by hand. Try it on some old tires first to get the hang of it.

Thanks, the funny thing is you dont even see the stripe when looking at the car, the flash on the camera is what made it stand out
