I was looking around for something to build and my daughter picked this out for me.  What's a dad to do?  I had to build what she wanted. 

 

This kit was missing a few pieces that I had to fabricate, but overall it wasn't too bad

Here's the engine shots:



For those that don't know, the rear fascia is not painted black, but is rather a clear smoke color.  I didn't have any clear smoke paint (sorry, but I'm poor), so I tried to re-create that effect on the clear piece that came with the kit using very thinned down black acrylic

Very nice build, Scott.  Hope your daughter likes it.  At least she did not ask for a real one!

Thanks, guys.  It was something different for me (I'm not generally a Ferrari man), but my daughter wanted it to be done, so what's a dad to do?
