I built this kit for my son, he has a 2006 1:1. It seems to be a basic redo of a diecast kit in plastic. It went together rather well no flash or fit problems.Hood opens to show basic motor detail. I did it right out of the box with a little detail painting. Good value for the money. I got mine a few years ago at Hobby Lobby (40% off coupon). Check E-Bay.
