Jim Littiken is a member here on the forum and his business is Micro Nitro. He makes many different machined aluminum wheels for drag cars. He does outstanding work and the prices are very reasonable!!!

If i'm not mistaken, there are wheels like that in the Monogram STP Firebird.

Monogram STP Firebird has Weld Draglite Wheels. They are much different than those in the picture.
I don't know where those are from, but there are tons of Centerline-type wheels in many kits, wide and narrow and something from the between.

As far as the wheels in the pic on that Fairmont, the front are MPC and can be found in the Firefighter Mustang II prostock kit. The rears might be from that kit as well but they're too hard to see, I can't tell?
