G'day,

we'll this was an intresting weekend, with an idea of a different kind, the kit started out as an AMT 1/25 FnF Toyota Surpa, which was built just like the one on the box. but once it gets moved house more than a few times, they always end up broken. so after parting it out for seats and accesories and engine it sat around for about a year, before i decided to build it like the wrecked one in the film. so here's the results! enjoy

I said a 10 second car, not a 10 minute car.

This is awesome! I have 2 of those kits, one of which is up for trade...but I was thinking the other day that I should keep it and build it like the wrecked one that they eventually fixed. Too cool!

I said a 10 second car, not a 10 minute car.

I saw this thread and that's the first thing that came to mind.

" I live my life a quarter mile at a time. Nothing else matters: not the mortgage, not the store, not my team and all their bullcrap. For those ten seconds or less, I'm free."
haha I'm sorry I had to. Seriously I think it's a great idea and it took you no time plus you got to try something different on a spare kit....win win win.
