I did also. I'm hoping that I get the same great results that others have.

Same here.

With Revell and Moebius hitting them out of the park on new kits,

and Revell and Round2 scoring big with great reissues,

and the awesome customer service of Revell and Moebius,

is there any question that this is the newest, greatest Golden Era of the Auto Modeling Hobby???

I got a small box of awesome from Revell today. They sent me three sets of whitewall tires for the 1950 Oldsmobile kits that I have that didn't have them. Outstanding customer service from the people at Revell. It was less than a week from when I filled out the online parts request form to the time these tires were at my door.

I ordered tires, and it was before Christmas, and I got them first full week of January.  I am not complaining, just making people aware it may take 2-3 weeks but they did come through.

I agree. I've used their replacement parts service quite a few times.

Plus they make some really great kits!

If given the choice between Revell or another company's kit of the same subject, I always prefer Revell.

I could not agree more. I have ordered replacement parts and decals and they shipped them to me at no cost. Not even shipping costs.  I love Revell.

Took a few days to respond, then 2-4 weeks for the parts to arrive end of last week.

We'll see where it lands.

I have had mixed results dealing with Revell parts replacement service.  I have received replacement parts from Revell that had the same problems as the original parts.  Another time they have completely ignored my request.  My most recent experience was right before Christmas last year when I bought Revell's 55 Chevy hardtop kit and found that it had a cracked windshield.  If there is problem with a kit I usually return or exchange the kit.  In this case it was the last one in the store so I couldn't exchange it and I really wanted this kit so I went to Revell's website to see about getting a replacement part. The website stated that in order to receive a replacement part you must mail to Revell customer service the original sales receipt, UPC code cutout from the box, photo copy of instruction sheet, with requested part circled.  I mailed my request to Revell around January 1st and after 5 weeks they had not responded.  Frustrated I sent another request via their online parts request service explaining to them that I have previously mailed my part request 5 weeks earlier and have not received the part.  Then yesterday I opened mail box and found two little brown boxes from Revell.  They sent me two windshields when I just requested one!  Oh well I'll just have an extra for the parts box.  If I ever need a replacement part again I am definitely requesting it online!  I eventually get the part and I thank Revell for standing by their products.
