I just received a new build job of a VINTAGE mint in the box kit. This kit was still sealed when I got it. Only one part had fallen off the parts tree.

I Love this. But this is a SUNLINER Not a Starliner.
Starliner was the Glass fastback. The Modern tool 60 Galaxie is a Starliner.
I wish they would have re-issued this back when they announced it.
Not sure what was wrong with the tooling that they dropped it.

Just thinking, you may be able to build a better convertable by useing the '60 Starliner without the roof.

Had some issues with the first coat of paint. Wet sanded them out, and put on another coat. Ready now for the Bare Metal Phase.

A beautiful car for sure. Great work so far. There is an auction place in Spokane that has a 60 Starliner in their lot. I've been wanting to stop and take photos for a while now.
