About 9HP. Never seen any claims made on torque.

The guy's been working on these for years, trying to make a commercially-viable ready-to-run miniature V-8, or at least one that doesn't require a machine shop to assemble like most miniature engine kits, which are usually just rough castings that still need a lot of machine work.
