While out with the family last Saturday night stopping for some supper I came across this.

 Had to chuckle thinking about childhood games. Now for the vehicle spotter inept.

What do you mean, used to play...?

I think he is refering to the game where you punch your sibling or friend when you see a VW bug on the road.  My cousins and I used to do that, but instead we would kick each other when we saw a lifter truck.

I played it today with my 15 year old daughter on the way home from the doctor's office! Gotta have some fun with the kids!

We also play "Bruiser cruiser" when we spot a PT Cruiser.  One of these days I am going to drive around the VW dealership with my grandson whom loves to play "Slug Bug". Or would that be considered cheating by baiting the fishing hole?

OK, since no one else called it...yellow slug bug, no slug back!    I introduced my 8 year old girl to it when she was 6 and we play all the time...although we don't actually slug one another.  In relation BK to taking his grandson to the dealership and calling them all, we have a rule in our household.  There are three or four owned by parents at my daughter's school.  We do not call those because they are going to be there all the time.

Good rule! Now to convince my Grandson of the rule LOL.  He will most likely want to debate this rule...

I think my kids just like to hit each other because slug bug and bruiser cruiser turned into just rhyming whatever car they saw and a flurry of fists a couple of examples Cadillac smack , mustang bustang etc . ridiculous.
