Mmmmm....Heritage Burgundy/Palomino interior.

The 1965-66 big Fords were such nice looking cars.

Thanks, Mike.

Ask, and ye shall receive...

Note the separate red tail light lens, and the separate chrome runner with the tail light bezels. Interestingly, the one-piece promo style tail lights are still on the main chrome tree.Attached File  image.jpg   68.06KB   4 downloadsAttached File  image.jpg   102.52KB   2 downloads

Are the optional stock clear headlight covers there?  I believe those parts were in the original annual but haven't been seen in a long time..

Look closely at the photo of the red tail lights. In the same package, the clear headlight lens parts are visible.....

I see the Custom Headlight Lenses

It is hard to tell, bu those red lenses look to be Custom parts too.

Didn't original Promos have the 2 piece tail lights like the original kits??

They did...I got mine today, it still has the one piece taillights. I'm disappointed they didn't restore the original two piece taillights.   But at least it's molded in white.

so this a reissue of the original kit,if it is,it's disappointing,it's gonna need a whole lot of work to come any where near a representation of the 1:1 car...

The red lenses You see are for the custom bezels, not stock. Also this kit has no NASCAR type tires.

Surprising, since Round2 has 2 different types of those to use!

The Meyer's Manx has AMT design Blue Streak Stock Car Specials

for the Street version rears!!

I wonder if mine are just missing from my kit ? Skinny whitewalls and a couple drag slicks are all I got.

Mine is the same way..the instructions show the steel wheels for the racing version going on the whitewalls.  I guess Round 2 couldn't put the effort in to include a set of racing tires.     I don't recall if the annual included racing tires or not, mine is in storage.

My first 65 Galaxie kit was the "Hot Rods" issue!

Built stock Unpanted white with White paint Vinyl top!

On the Tire issue, I wonder how long before buyers send

a request to Round2 for those "Missing" Nascar tires?!
