Does anybody cast these 1;25 bare rally whees, without caps ?
Read that an AMT 75 Corvette (50th anv) also comes with them, can anybody confirm which kit ?

All the AMT [ex-MPC]'75 Vette convertable kits have them. The most current one has a yellow car on the box.
IIRC, all the old MPC kits had them between '69 and '77 or so. None of the MPC Vettes after the '78 Silver Aniversary kit had them,IIRC.
Some of the newer tool AMT early '70s Vettes have a version of them too but they look too shellow and the holes too small to me.

These wheels came in MOST of the STOCK early MPC vette kits. They look pretty good, too, if I say so myself!
