Color to paint a '30's Ford, besides black.

Why not black? That is my favorite color on the 32/33/34 coupe body. Flat, shiny, solid, graphics.

I like seeing different.

 

If I were to guess the percentage of these cars that are black, I'd say... 70% are black.

That was for the Model T. !928-1931 had a few colors but the fenders were still black only.


My new favorite is green, last 30's finished.

See the 1928 Lincoln out front in Maroon, yes that one . That's my choice .

Washington Blue, Cordoba Tan and Coach Maroon are all colors I like.

The consensus is...they look good in just about any color, including metallic purple:

I always think of green, gray, tan or a faded blue but, that's just me.  I say any color you like.
