Heres your chance once again.

With the recent sale of 2 green cars and a red one a few weeks back . I had a feeling these would start coming out .

Not mint by any means , but it now was $1100 , once a bid was placed the BIN is gone. so all bets are off .

anyone care to wager how much this one goes for when the hammer drops ?

I'll say somewhere in the $1500-$1600 range and that's a conservative guess. I saw both green ones sell. One brought $2100 and the other brought a little over $1800. Those are insane prices for a promo. But, I guess if you have to have it, you'll pay whatever it takes to get it.

I would love to have one to add to my collection. And I thought real hard about it at the $1100 buy it now.

I think it will bring mid-teens myself . At the current price it's a pretty good deal even though it's not perfect

When it comes to Mopar promos , A 1969 Coronet convertible is the top of the heap,,,,. , and a RED one is hands down the hardest one of them all to get

I am glad I have a (built) kit of it. And even that one was expensive enough...

I don't think I'd spend this kind of $$$ on a promo even if I hit Powerball.  With my luck, Monogram would follow up with a kit within a few months :D

IF ( key word ) I had the extra coin, I would be high bidder right now. I collect moper promos and this one would be MY holy grail. This is only the 3rd red one I've ever seen in maybe 25 years.

Goes to show how each models value fluctuates. I have 2 mint 1968 Barracuda promos in Red that I think I paid about $45 each for them. But I'm yet to see a Blue '68 for less than $400.....

I can replace all my grilles & headlight bezels on my 1:1 car for what that promo will probably sell for. That is IF I had the spare coin.

@ $45 each, you stole those. The red one in any of the 3 years is not all that hard to find. Even a red 1969 isn't to tough. But a blue 1968 or 1969 is tough,, especially if either have the original box.

I've had a silver 67, dark green 68 and a dark red 69, but sold them all . I've since picked up a blue 69 with the cartoon box. and casually keep an eye out for another 67 and 68

Color is very much a determining factor on values when it comes to promos
