Nineteen for fifty dollars is a good deal. That's about what you can get them for sometimes on ebay. I snagged four of them for $9.99 and free shipping once. There's a seller on ebay right now that must have a ton of them! He has a deal for eight engines with a "buy it now" with free shipping for $21.95 or three "buy it now" with free shipping for $9.95. He also has a few that are four for $11.95 with free shipping, but they aren't listed as a "buy it now".
