This kit was built by Dave McGowan http://www.showrods.com/gallery_pages/2002_contest/badman_iv.html I've seen one done with the Monogram '53. I can't find one of those but started thinking maybe something else, maybe a '56 or a '57 and why not get the engine correct this time , 396 cu. in. ? Guest Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 (edited) For a 1/24 big block Chevy, I would go with the engine from the Monogram '70 Chevelle SS. The '66 Malibu (Chevelle) SS has a nice engine, but it has a plate on the front. I used the '70 engine, '66 valve covers and the kit blower in this "Badman" '55. P.S. I like your idea!
