That Roadmaster is awesome!!! Is that one of those friction models? I have to have one now, you have inspired me. The rest of the models are also cool. Great job!!!!!!

Thank you so very much Lee, Michael, Gramps, Tony, David and Mark.  I sincerely appreciate all of your encouragement.

Mark, the Buick is a resin kit from The Modelhaus.  Their stuff is awesome.  The castings are perfect with next to no cleanup needed.  They're almost like working on a plastic kit.  A little pricey but well worth it IMHO.

Thanks for sharing the story Richard. I love the custom touch you have done to it. Did you ever show him or hes relatives the build?

No Tommy.  I only built the Impala model about 2 years ago. and I haven't seen the owner of the real Impala since about 1962.

I remember looking these over a while back but, forgot to leave a comment about how nice they are Richard.  What a great collection of '58s, nice job.  I really like the "Black Widow", I've never seen that done before.

Hey Rich!  It was good seeing you this weekend.  I guess you are at Tom's house at this point.  Does he still have the silly grin on his face?

Excellent group of models!

The '58 Chevys are great,  but I love that Roadmaster!   Shame we can't have that in a full detail styrene kit.

I just finished a 58 Impala and I had no idea Modelhaus made a connie kit for it, until I read this thread.

Nice collection with a lot of very crisp and neat work. I think you can afford to be less modest. These really are very nice indeed  :)
