Agree or disagree with her politics, you can't disagree that she was more important in the overall scheme of things than Annette Funicello was.

Ants at a picnic.

Who cares who was more important ?

R.I.P. Annette=Thanks for the memories......

As a young teen I had a huge crush on Annette and have enjoyed her movies, bad acting, bad stories and all.

It was during the filming of Back to the Beach in '87 that her MS symtoms first appeared so she's suffered a long time with that terrible disease so at least she finally released from it. RIP Annette.

Millions of us 'baby boomers' fell hard for Annette, a true Hollywood icon and a classy lady.  RIP mousketeers :(

Britney probably meant she thought it was great she was a Mousekiteer....she is blonde. I remember Annette's moves too...rip.

Granted, but the subject asked of her was about the passing, not did she know she was a mouskateer. Inexcusable, but typical.

Great photos and thanks Greg as I do have a copy of the Bikini Beach movie myself because of the drag racing scenes.

As Dad said last night, "I lost two of my favorite women today."

Two ladies that had their own impact in major ways and who will be missed by their respective constituencies.

I think all of us guys who are over the age of 55 or so had a crush on Annette from watching the Mouseketeers.

Annette seemed to me to be the kind of girl that if you met her she would become your friend

I have been emailing back and forth with Dick and Lana Dale. They have nothing but kind words to say about her.
