For real ?

For real…. here's a crumpled flyer I had stuffed in my bag. Dave was explaining that the tool masters will be done by a German design company known for high-end die-cast work (he mentioned a Ferrari Die-Cast costing in excess of sensible money…) so the level of detailing should be promising. I'm sure Dave will explain in detail. I'm going from memory of a brief conversation, but yes. SURPRISE!!!! We're getting another `65 Satellite kit.

Ummm… interesting choice.

Did you say '65 Satellite??? HOLY SMOKES, that would be awesome! I missed out on a 1:1 Satellite 'bout 6 years ago as I didn't act quickly enough, and it got away from me. Of course the 1/25th scale kit is MUCH more affordable.

Wow, that is very exiting news, heard they had a few neat projects in the pipeline, never expected them to announce them that soon.

Better start saving for these.

Thanks team Moebius!

The Belvedere 2dr wagon is great, I have to get one, What was the price for? That 65 Satellite looks like a must have for a big Mopar fan.

BTW about the '65 Ply. think tooling up that grille will be very challenging indeed.

The GTX wagon was $30. Decent casting that will need a bunch of work to smooth-out and will definitely need all the panels re-scribed, but it's pretty neat. It came with a multi-piece interior tub converted to wagon. Here's the caster:

Glad you traveled down and experienced it! Pretty nutty environment, huh? Like it's been mentioned, NNL East is one of the primier events in the hobby thanks to Tom Geiger & the Tri-State Modelers.

I don't think if my bank account can recover that fast, I know the only way I'll be out of the dog house by then is to cook, clean, do laundry, wash her car, and do her nails for the next 8 weeks :) But yeah!!!! I be there you can bet on that.

It was well worth the trip...even including going over the GW Bridge to get over to Long Island....(what a mess!)

Some absolutely great stuff on the table- it was a pleasure to see it all.

More importantly, it was a pleasure to see once more, and meet, several people from the forums and other modeling-related activities I frequent.

I got home earlier this afternoon- long ride home. Film's at CVS now and will be ready tomorrow. I'll post pictures then.

Just saw that flyer from John. Both a Cat and a Ventura- didn't notice that on mine. That'll be cool.

I hope the Hudsons have stock parts in them.
