This is seriously the coolest and the rarest model out there, i cannot find them anywhere! And i highly doubt it will be re issued as not many people are interested in Soviet experimental aircraft, i already own a 1/72 tu 160, 1/144 Concorde and 1/144 tu 144 which i recently bought, and man i wish i could find this thing it is so interesting and unique. Has anyone ever owned one of these?

Not me, but I would also love to have one. Did you see the article at www.hyperscale.com ? IIRC, it was built by "Bondo" Phil Brandt.

Over on ARC, look up Ken Duffy's Amonster builds. His models are outstanding!
