Thanks, plowboy I'd like to see your truck. I might just do the weathered scallops. I'm going to be out of town this weekend so I won't get anything done. I will be back on it next week.

I decided to letter the doors instead of the scallops. The door reads "Pedro's Lawn & Garden". It is hard to read so I am going to go back over and make them a little more visible. I also figured if I am making this truck into a simulated old work truck that the business ought to have a slogan or saying. So that is none other than "Mowin Grass and Draggin Ass." I decide to paint it on the back of the cab since there really isnt another good place for it. Its slightly off centered but it will be fine.

I'm really liking the looks of this build. The rims are killer, where what did they come off? But my favorite has to be the slogan, funny as hell, I'd hire these guys. Nice work, keep it going.

Thanks guys, Jason the wheels are from the amt slammers black force. Dave thanks for the pics of the truck. I really like it since its the gmc. I might just have to convert a chevy into one. It will probably be a 50 model though.

While the forum has been down I have still been at work on this build. I think all I like is the drive shaft and a few other minor things.

Some long overdue pictures. The truck is nearing completion. I still have some small things left to do on it. I kinda messed the striping up on the hood. I need to thin my white paint out but I didn't. Still need to do some weathering also.

Thanks guys, the pin striping is easy just very tedious. I just use a brush with a fine tip And paint them on. Just need to make sure the paint is right. It needs to be a little on the thin side. Nice saying Danno. I like it.
