Not my usual build subject, but I love the way the Supert GT/JGTC cars look. This is a phantom racer after my own design, just something that could have ran in the GT500 Class of Super GT.

Started out with a 1/43 diecast Toyota MR2 and just went after the body work with styrene and some putty. I wanted it to be a fastback so I took the roof from a 1/43 Eclipse and graft it on to the MR2.

Here it is right before primer:













Still have to finish the interior, axels, brakes, spoiler, and bellypan. But thats minor stuff that can be done quickly.

Here are probably the last of the pics until the contest. Fully primered and ready for paint. Unfortunately the rollcage moved in these pics so it looks a little weird.
