A friend of mine iis looking for a v8 in 1/10 scale for put on his RC car. Parma made Hemi engines, but now they are hard to find and the price is out of the budget. There is any model kit engines in 1/10 with a human price? smiley.gif Or it would be easy to look for a 1/12?
Thanks!

Look into something called a Fracture V8 for 1/10 RC cars. Manufactured by RC4WD. No idea about the price.

EDIT: Well, it's $269.

Here's a 1/10 funny car Hemi kit on eBay that so far is very cheap. Looks like it could be modified without using the blower assembly.

Why not 1/8th ? Small block Chevys ( with lots of different intakes), flat head Ford, Pontiac , RMX-2622-2.jpg

Also "Y" block Fords from the Lindberg "BIG" kits.

@Sjordan2, the one on the first link looks great, but not very well detailed for the $250 price... The other one would be better. :)

@Greg Meyers, I will tell him about the 1/8 possibility!

Thanks both ! :)

For 1/8 kits and parts, your friend might check this link every now and then.

PARMA also did a release of just the engines from this kit. The were "Y block" Fords, 292 or 312cid , both look the same from the out side and commonly confused as Chevy small blocks.

Interesting this. I will tell my friend also about this kit. You know a lot of information about Parma engines! :)
