NIce looking Truck.
Good Idea with the interior and front spindles.

Did you have to modify the front clip for the grill to set properly?

Nick, nope it all fits together perfect. Only thing I modified to fit was the interior tub.

Well now I decided to get it back out and open it all up. Hinges are finished and now it needs door jambs.

Nice, i picked up 2 of these barely started for 5.00 for the pair. Im looking to do a nice lowered street truck out of one and a custom truck out of the other. I really like the interior swap you did. I would think about opening up the grill and adding a new grill out of small rods.

Great project, I have one that I'll build sometime in the near future (I hope ) but is a long bed and I need a short bed to resemble a '96 C-1500 I used to drive some years ago (I miss my truck ), and I need to make or find a dash to...I'll keep an eye on this build!

That's nice... I like
Got it sitting just right
Are those Peg's 19" or 23"?
Posted 13 February 2014 - 12:00 PM
I think they are the Peg's 19''. same ones I used.
Peguas also make a staggered 19/20 something? set as well. You can find them on ebay under "big and little" but they fit this truck well. I have them on some other c-1500s ive built

Thanks guys! They are Pegasus 23 T's. I have a set of 19's too but I thought they were too small for this build.
