Finally got round to taking a few pics to post. Having trouble getting real sharp focus but I'm working on it and thought these results could be shown.

I did this Monogram Lincoln quite a few years ago, curbside and with no research into colours etc. Painted with automotive base and clear coats, detailed with Humbrol.
Thurs.12th Just added an interior shot and one with the up top.

Beautiful build!    It's good to see someone take the time to do justice to this kit.     What color/brand of paint did you use on the exterior?

You can always e-mail the Early Ford Club of America on these cars . The club recognizes any Ford, Mercury , or Lincoln from 1932- 1953 . We recognize all Flathead sixes , eights and of course the Lincoln 12 cylinder ............. The brown would have been correct . The blue conceivably could have been done at a dealer shop ................

Thanks guys. Yes it's a great old kit, compares well to anything today.

Paint is my own colour mix using Standox automotive base and clearcoat. I'm afraid I'm not overly fussy about factory-correct colours.

That's cleanly done for a cantankerous old kit! That color really makes it!

It's built as a curbside.

Beautiful build of that Lincoln kit. Whether original Lincoln colour or not that shade certainly looks period appropriate.. Very, very nice.
