Hi Ron, your project is just fantastic.  I really do admire your abilities and the love for details, and the way you carry these out.

Excellent!  I think you help all of us to get with the program and work harder to make our models more realistic.  Thanks for helping me along with this build, because I need to learn more about detailing!

Paul, Seth, and Michael---it's nice of  you guys to take the time to respond to my "build,"  I appreciate it.

My progress is slow and steady. I sometimes go back to make corrections. I realized that all brake and and battery lines should be lined

in braid, so I used a Turner spring product. I re-routed the brake and fuel lines. I am still not sure how to plumb my front brakes, because I have

working steering from the steering wheel. Any drag or resistance gives it a problem. I plumbed the fuel cell and made a chute and bracket. Going to make a single bottle fire suppression system for engine, driver and fuel cell. I have also been trying to find on the Drag racing Forums, additional fuel pumps for 392 Hemis, location. Made a tranny blanket still need to make the belts.

         Any assistance would be appreciated.

Here are some images. Thanks for viewing.

STELLAR detail work... absolutely mind blowing... I cannot wrap my head around scratch building such small items out of metal and then assembling them with out mucking the whole thing up... just mind blowing. Great job!!!!

Jesse and Steve,

Thanks for your feedback on my work. It sure can be a problem working with 1/25 scale when you soldier, it seems almost impossible to protect for the acid/flux residue.

It continues to be a slow prosess for me. I made the the transmission blanket straps. Wired and made the relace cable for the parachute. Made the suppression bottle and fire relace cable. Still needs to be connected to fuel cell engine and driver areas. Re-made the side swivel bar connectors.

                           Here are some pics.

Great idea with the blanket, not much protection otherwise.

What an astounding build!

The detail is excellent ! but you might want to look at the belt line on the doors and cowl, they a look to be little thicker than

the belt line on the quarter panels, other than that keep up the great work !
