In light of Round 2's announcement regarding the re-release of the '79 Super Stones 4x4 kit I thought these pics were appropriate. This time machine surfaced recently and is identical to one I owned 25 years ago. Should be a good reference for correcting details in the kit.

That's the first thing I'm going to do when I get the kits in my hands! I'm also going to do a short bed. When I get them done, I'll see if anyone wants to cast them.

Wow, an engine compartment with lots of room in it, miss those days. Killer lines on these old trucks. I'd would take the 1:1 in a second if I ever found one. Guess I'll just have to stick with my 2008 F-150 FX2 for now.
