I agree with the other comments entirely. This is one really cool truck.

BTW, the kit dates from 1964.

Thanks for the heads up on the release date Peter.

I knew i'd seen a article on the old 40 Ford kits and  found it this evening in the August 1990 issue of SAE page 36

' Model Car Chronicles by Tim Boyd. Thirty years of 40 Ford Kits.'

Its a in depth look at the history of the old 40 Ford kits

These kits have stood the test of time well and must have paid for the cost of tooling many times over.

Nice!!!!  I'm glad it was posted here, I might have missed it under pickups, I always forget to look there.  Love the wheels and the logo on side, also interior and stance.  Nice job!

I love this build.  I think it is perfect.

I'll second that. Really like the stance.

I have this kit, but I'm a bit reluctant to build it. Love the way yours came out-  especially the stance- it's very fitting for a hot rod, but realistic enough for one to imagine it actually used as a shop truck.

Everybody called it right, simply outstanding.  Now it needs the shop it belongs to.
