Thanks for the promo, Lyle!
In addition to the contact numbers for Len and Dave, interested parties can contact me by e-mail with questions regarding the contest itself.
We have all the trophy sponsorships sold, and are really excited about the new classes added for this year. They are Big Scale, Motorcycle and Modified Die-Cast.
Also, if anyone is interested in supplying a door prize, we will cheerfully accept! (I'm getting pretty good at the begging part o fpromoting a show, eh?)

Just moving this to the top to refresh it.
All you guys in the eastern PA, NJ, MD, DE, NY or anywhere else you are willing to drive from, the Showdown features 3 new classes (large scale, motorcycle, and modified die-cast) for this year, and the show theme is long roof (wagons, sedan deliveries, hearses, ambulances, etc) cars!
Hope to see ya there!

Sunday Sunday, Sunday!!
It's just around the corner, guys! And Gilbertsville is so nice this time of year!
In addition to the contest and vendors, there'll be a make and take (depending on interest day of the show) and door prizes pretty much all day. A major vendor has told me he's bringing scads of not so current kits at absolute madness  pricing to clear out his excess stock! Sounds like an opportunity to me, guys!
If you're in the area, check us out!

>Gilbertsville is so nice this time of year!
if its so nice then why would anyone want to be inside?
it would be better if it was cold and wet outside.

Actually, it's looking like a chance of rain...so we're good.
